Training: Labor

The Training page lists all certifications and training completed by the labor resource. Options to add, remove, or modify records are available from this page.

The records listed are often added and managed from the Training module.

The following fields are displayed in the Training/Licensing/Certifications list:

  • Training: The type of training the labor record has attained, stored in the Training module.

  • Certification: A more specific description of the training program.

  • Date: The date the training, certification, or license was obtained.

  • Expiration: The date training, certification, or license expires.

  • Hours: The number of hours involved in the training.

  • Travel Cost: Any travel costs incurred during training.

  • Tuition Cost: Any tuition costs incurred for training.

ClosedAdd a Training Record

  1. Click Add.

    The Training module lookup opens, allowing to you to select one or more training, certification, or license records.

  2. Select the record you want to add.

    The Training dialog box opens.

  3. Enter additional information about the training record as needed.

  4. Click Apply.

    The Training dialog box closes and the new record is listed in the My Selection(s) pane of the lookup.

  5. Click Apply.

    The lookup closes and the new record is listed in the Training/Licensing/Certifications list.

  6. Click Save.

     

ClosedModify a Training Record

  1. Select the training record you want to modify.

    The Training dialog box opens.

  2. Make your changes.

  3. Click Apply.

    The dialog box closes.

  4. Click Save.

     

ClosedRemove a Training Record

  1. Select the check box for the training record you want to remove.

  2. Click Remove.

  3. Click Save.
